Our firm began in 1917, by providing trusted legal services in the Mid-Columbia  region in Oregon and Washington. As each partner joined and moved on, the  firm underwent many name changes. Most recently it was known as Toole,  Carter, Tissot & Coats LLP. While our name has changed, our continuity in service to multiple generations has not.
